Prove conclusively that you and your car were not on that road at that time.

Because a law enforcement officer will testify under oath that you were.

Laser guns are pointed right at the car, they do not have a broad sweep. If you are pinged, you are the one he was aiming at. In fact you probably know you were speeding, but you do not want to pay the ticket and are looking for a way out.

Laser guns are very accurate.
Some of them actually take a photo or video of the car as it is being clocked.

Your screwed, so just pay the fine.

Question whether or not the radar gun was calibrated. A laser gun is not always 100% accurate. Strict rules take place whilst using a radar gun- Distance, how many lanes of travel etc. Nothing is 100% accurate. Just say you weren’t speeding. If you were on a highway i believe your cruise control was on at the time. Good luck.

Yes, there is factual evidence that the car being pulled over is the actual car that was speeding. LIDAR, the laser "radar" equipment, uses a pin point laser that in order to register must be aimed at a vehicle. Its not like the older radar system where there is a cone shaped radar beam.

You always have the right to fight a ticket however unless you can prove you don’t own a car or you were in the ICU at the time there is not much that you can do about the ticket.

I think they have some sort of licence plate scanner,,, if your licence plates dont show then you are oof the hook
